Typically our materials are sourced locally, within a 30-mile radius of the job site. I give customers a source list that they can use to select their materials based on their budget.
Our clients are kept up to date on every step of the process and construction timelines. If unexpected scenarios arise, customers are notified of the situation and implications as soon as possible. We’ll provide estimates for timing and costs for different solution options. The client will ultimately decide how they would like to proceed.
Contractors in California provide a one-year warranty. This warranty guarantees that the work meets specific standards and remains free from defects for a year after completion. Different elements of the home will also come with manufacturer warranties that superseded our contractor warranty. For example, roofs are usually warrantied for 25+ years.
We follow Title 24 which specifies high energy efficiency. Customers can also choose more sustainable options that suit their efficiency needs. We’ll provide these options along the process.
